By creating an account or using Market Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End-User”) and Matthew Roman (“Developer”), not with Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Market Lab application (“Licensed Application”) and its content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Market Lab. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the app with a parent or guardian.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use Market Lab on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license may be shared with other accounts associated with your Apple ID via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, as permitted by Apple.
All cash, trades, portfolios, and net worth displayed in the app are virtual. No real money is involved. Market Lab is a simulation sandbox for learning. Past performance in the app does not predict real-world results.
AI-generated stock analysis, quizzes, tips, news digests, and chat responses are automatically generated and may contain errors or outdated information. Always verify facts independently before making real-world financial decisions.

Third-Party Terms: When using Market Lab, you must also comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement, including your wireless data service agreement and the terms of any third-party services integrated into the app.
You keep ownership of posts and comments you create. By posting, you grant us a license to display, store, and moderate that content within the app. You can delete your own posts at any time.
Market Lab offers a Premium subscription ($3.99/month, subject to change). Premium features are described in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and are managed through Apple’s App Store. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must go through Apple.
The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Market Lab. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to this app. For support, contact us at marketlabsocialsupport@gmail.com.
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Market Lab to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to Market Lab. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any warranty failure are the Developer’s sole responsibility.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Market Lab or your possession and use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Market Lab or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where we are legally required to keep it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Lab and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app, including losses from real-world trades or decisions made based on app content. This is a learning tool, not an investment platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
